CDL Marketing ("we", "us") runs cdlmanagement.com. This policy covers information collected through this website.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this site:
- Growth Audit application: your name, showroom name, city, email, phone number, website, monthly revenue range and biggest goal.
- Free mockup request: the contact and business details you enter on that form.
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so the site can load securely and be protected from abuse.
How we use it
- To review your application or request and contact you about it.
- To prepare your growth audit or mockup and talk with you about our services.
- To keep a record of our conversations with you.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.
Who handles it
We use a small number of service providers to run this site and receive form submissions, including Cloudflare (hosting) and FormSubmit (delivers application emails to our team). They process information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Analytics and advertising
We may use tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our ads. These tools use cookies or similar technology. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to work with you or to follow up on your request, and then delete it or keep only what we need for our records.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to stop contacting you. Email caleb@cdl1.net and we will take care of it.
Children
This site is for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
